The charitable foundation "REBIRTH ENERGY" was created by power engineers Andriy Polishchuk and Oleksandr Mlynets. 

The Director of the Fund is Oleg Legeza, a deputy of the Vinnytsia Regional Council.

Ukraine needs to be reborn! This is not limited to just fixing roads and infrastructure, but also to improving the quality of life and state-building processes. The rebirth of Ukraine shouldn't wait until after we achieve victory, but rather it should start right now. And this is only possible if the energy of every Ukrainian is united. The Foundation's activities are transparent and easy to understand for everyone.

We have been providing aid to Ukraine since the first day of the war, and with your help, we can continue to expand our efforts!

The main activities of the Fund are:

• Effective and targeted assistance to the Armed Forces, territorial defense, and law enforcement officers by purchasing and delivering essential items such as cars, ammunition, turnstiles, thermal imagers, and night vision devices to the frontlines.
• Provision of humanitarian aid to the civilian population in the conditions of martial law in Ukraine (payment of humanitarian cargo, services for storage and distribution of humanitarian and other aid);
• Meeting the food needs of the population, including persons temporarily displaced from places of hostilities (purchase of foodstuffs, including children's, drinking water and their delivery to destinations);
• Provision of medical supplies (purchase of medicines, vaccines, medical supplies, medical equipment and their delivery to destinations);
• Opening of Humanitarian Aid Centers in the communities of Vinnytsia region with the aim of supporting forced migrants and those who need it most (provision of food, clothing and footwear, hygiene products).
