Poland in 1991 was the first who recognized Ukraine's independence and first who came to the rescue in 2022. For six months, our Foundation has been cooperating with caring Poland citizens who have united for the Ukraine. They did not create public organizations or charitable foundations, just a few volunteers, led by Rafał Jagieło and Natalia Lineyitseva, bring food, clothes, medicines, household chemicals, children's hygiene products and food to Ukraine every month (or even more often). And they don't just bring it, they take it to the east of Ukraine in trucks. Cooperation with Polish colleagues became possible thanks to the director of our Foundation, Oleg Legeza. As they write: "Oleg Legeza is an exceptional person who is always ready to help in any situation." Our Polish brothers see this and treat us accordingly. In their last visit this weekend, they brought a special suit for sappers for the special unit of the Armed Forces, where Oleg Legeza also serves. An extremely expensive and necessary thing. It was given to us by the Polish Robinergia Foundation. Also, since the first day of the war, our Polish colleagues have been helped by such foundations as Wolna Miejscowosc (provides food), Ommio.volunteers, Fundacja Moc Przyszłości. Volunteers Barbara Kaminska, Adam Ryba and others also help. All of Poland rallied to help Ukraine. And we will not remain in debt! Together we will win!!!
